My third grader laid in his bed one night shortly after a new school year began and he asked me, "Is there anything that will make school easier for me?"  A few weeks later we enrolled him in the 12 week LearningRx program.  The results have been amazing.  He is much more confident in school and he no longer struggles so intensely with new concepts.  Studying for spelling tests is actually fun now, and in 2007 he read 100 biographies just because reading was no longer such a chore.  LearningRx addressed the cause of his struggles.  It is not tutoring--it's a solution.

When Bekah started kindergarten she had trouble retaining information. Fast forward a few years and Bekah was crying every morning at school time. She would say things like “I am stupid or I can’t learn like the other kids”. My friend had just finished Learning RX with her son, and was so excited and relieved to have him reading and anxious to learn.

We have seen great improvements in Austin's attitude and confidence with school. His homework doesn't take as long anymore, because he is more focused. He has now made the A B Honor roll, which he is very excited about.

My son is doing great in math. For instance I gave him a special prize and $20.00 for all of his hard work and for graduating Learning RX. We were at a restaurant and I gave him 4 quarters and he knew immediately that he had $21.00. Any other time he would have asked me how many quarters he has and does it equal to $1.00.

I have noticed that Ryan has become much more interested in learning. He is already achieving higher grades in school. He is not struggling as much with the learning process, and he is retaining more information that is being passed to him. I believe this program "makes sense". The staff was very willing to work with us, even through the rough times during the training.

3.The all around concern that the trainers have for the students.
4.The fact that everyone in the center wants what you as a parent want and that is success for your child.

We have seen a tremendous increase in confidence as well as a desire to succeed in school from both of our sons. We have also seen an increased ability in each child. The Director and Staff were caring, informative and professional throughout the process.

Of the numerous improvements I have experienced as a result of LearningRx, one stands out: Before this program, I often found it difficult to pay attention and keep up in conversations or classes, and nearly impossible to actively participate. Now I am much more at ease in these situations and I am able to quickly absorb information and formulate responses.

We have seen our son improve in the amount of time it takes in completing homework. Also, there has been a great improvement in his initiative and following through on his own. Overall his grades have really improved as well. This has been a great program for him and for us as a whole!
